When purchasing items on www.designartem.com you automatically accept the applicable terms and conditions

All product designs, product names and contents included on this website are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Denmark and any dispute related to this website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by the courts of Denmark

PAYMENT:

The following debit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal

Our webshop uses Stripe as a payment solution. Payments by credit card in the webshop are, therefore, secure and certified by VISA and Mastercard. All payments take place via an encrypted internet connection

All prices include Danish applicable VAT/tax of 25%

Local charges (such as sales tax and custom duty) may occur depending on the importation and tax rules in your country and local region. These charges are at the customers own expense

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Due to the circumstance around the world, we’ll update you the exact shipping date after your order is confirmed through our system. If the ordered products are out of stock and delivery cannot be effectuated within 4 business days, you will be notified with a new expected shipping date. Payment will not be withdrawn before the order has been shipped.

RETURN GOODS

The customer has the right to return new unused goods within 1-2 days from receipt of the products. Goods must be returned with a copy of the original invoice and in their original packaging. Goods must be packed carefully in order to ensure the goods will not be damaged during transportation. All return fees are incurred by the customer.

Returned goods must be unused. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to such a degree as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return

Designartem® only refund to the card that was used to place the order - this is to prevent fraud. A complaint must be justified and a defect must not be caused by misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour
